In search of continuing to be at the forefront in the incorporation of new technologies for pavement monitoring, we incorporated the most modern technology in structural pavement monitoring, the Pave 150 FWD Impact Deflectometer from the company PaveTesting Ltda.
The Pave 150 FWD impact deflectometer is a device that measures the deflection of the pavement, under the action of an impact load, simultaneously in the center of the loaded area and at various points far from it, through nine longitudinally aligned sensors. , which allows the bowl to be deformed under a dynamic load, similar to that of a heavy vehicle.
It is a team developed with state-of-the-art technology worldwide, which makes it possible to simultaneously collect the following parameters of the pavement:

🚧 We are working with the entire CDS Ingenieros team on the Executive Project for the construction of the duplication of route 9, from Pan de Azúcar to Rocha, within the framework of the 104 km Ruta 9 Cremaf contract ✌🏽
🌟 The new road will go to the south of the existing one, the existing junctions will be adapted, returns will be built and together with INGENIUM Servicios de Ingenieria (www.ingenium.com.uy) we are projecting the duplications of the bridges and their accesses.
🗺 At CDS we are designing: road infrastructure geometry, pavements, BIM modeling, road safety and signage, hydraulic design and lighting of splices and returns.
We are in the final stages of the Executive Project of what will be the first section to be built of the Duplication of Route 5, from 133k300 (south of Sarandí Grande) to 182k700 (Route 14 Roundabout south of the City of Durazno) .
The new road will go to the west of the existing one and, for the first time in Uruguay, loopbacks specially designed for this purpose will be implemented, spaced every 5km.
With this first project, the criteria to be used in the other sections to be duplicated were defined.
We carry out the projects of: road geometric design, pavement design, BIM modeling, road safety and signaling, hydraulic design and lighting of junctions and returns.
We have been selected in the Pyme al Mundo Program to begin the internationalization process.
Together ANDE, ANII, BROU, Unión de Exportadores and Uruguay XXI, have created an export professionalization program called “PYME AL MUNDO”, which aims to add institutional capacities focused on the development of intermittent exporting SMEs (exports not sustained) and those that have a real export potential, but have not yet been internationalized. This joint effort seeks to create new exporters and consolidate dynamic exporters with special emphasis on achieving continuity in the export flow.
